CONFERENCE ROOMS

Bahay ni Io has a selection of meeting areas to suit various aspects of training, seminars, social meeting groups and general activity programs. It also has an outside space for smaller groups, situated adjacent to a lovely tropical garden.

Each space is equipped with a white board, marker pens, tables and chairs. Microphones, sound equipment, digital projector, screen and flip chart are also available on request. Additional chairs are available as needed.

Conference Room 1

• Can accommodate up to twenty five (25) people
• Location: 2nd floor (until 7:00 pm)
• Rate: PhP 2,200.00

Conference Room 2

• Can accommodate up to twenty (20) people
• Location: ground floor (until 9:00 pm)
• Rate: PhP1,650.00

Conference Room 3 (Patio)

• Can accommodate ten (10) or more
• Location: Patio (until 9:00 pm)
• The patio is also suitable for social occasions; its beautiful setting lends itself to small parties, performances and social gatherings.
• Rate: PhP550.00

* for 8 hours or less. An additional PhP100 for every hour thereafter from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and PhP200 from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM will be charged

Our payment policy

• 50% deposit upon confirmation (booking is considered confirmed only when deposit is paid)
• Full payment on or before the booked date

Bahay ni Io is run by a non-profit organization, Io. Thus, your payments are considered as donations that go towards maintenance of the building and also for the various projects of Io.

Our cancellation policy

NO REFUND FOR ANY CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
Deposit maybe applied to future booking/s if changes or cancellation are received not later than three (3) days before the reserved date. Otherwise, daily charges will apply.
